How to Build a Tower Crane?

Did you know, that tower cranes build themselves on any site! Tower cranes are bought to the construction site in large tractor-trailer rigs. The crew uses a different type of crane called mobile crane to assemble the jib and the machinery section, and then places these horizontal members on mast that consists of two mast sections. To get to the maximum height the crane then builds itself one vertical section at a time. Watch this video to see how a Wolffkran crane is erected.
